1. Check official sources first
Use official Hong Kong vACC materials, current charts, published procedures, controller guidance, and applicable network rules as your primary sources. Before issuing, accepting, or acting on any clearance, independently check every relevant detail, including the airport configuration, runway, SID, route, altitude, squawk, and destination.
2. Data currency and AIRAC cycles
The cue-card information currently included in this tool follows AIRAC cycle AIRAC 2607. The current AIRAC endpoint currently reports cycle 2609, effective 3 September 2026 and expiring 1 October 2026. This means the AIRAC data used by parts of the tool is outdated and is provided for reference only.
The cue-card information is maintained separately and may reflect more recent operational information than the AIRAC baseline, but this does not guarantee that it is complete, current, or correct. A recent-looking cue card does not replace checking the current official data for the operation you are conducting.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or availability
The owner and developers make no guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current, suitable, or available without interruption. Errors, omissions, stale data, incorrect assumptions, software defects, API failures, and formatting problems can occur. A generated result is a convenience for review, not a validated clearance.
4. Your operational decisions remain your responsibility
You are solely responsible for checking, interpreting, correcting, and deciding whether to use any information produced by this site. If you issue or accept a mistaken clearance, incorrect routing, unsafe instruction, or other operational information after using this tool, that decision and its consequences remain your responsibility. Do not transmit a clearance solely because this site generated it.
5. AI-assisted content
Some wording, code, organization, and other material on this site was created or revised with assistance from artificial intelligence. AI-assisted work can contain inconsistencies, omissions, hallucinations, or other errors. The owner and developers do not guarantee the correctness of AI-assisted material, and you must independently evaluate it before relying on it.
6. Consequences and limitation of responsibility
The site owner and developers are not responsible for losses, damages, errors, incidents, or consequences arising from use of or reliance on this site. This includes any warning, suspension, punishment, disciplinary action, account action, network consequence, or other penalty that may result from an incorrect clearance or from using information obtained here. The site is not managed, reviewed, or approved by HKvACC staff members, and no HKvACC staff member is responsible for this tool.
